The Irish Journal of Arts Management and Cultural Policy is seeking policy reviewers for its next issue, to be published in 2025.
We have listed two options for review, which are the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Strategic Plan 2024–34, and – as a single review – Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, Fís Athnuaite/ Strategic Plan 2025 – 2029, with the underpinning economic data.

This is not an exhaustive list, however, and authors can suggest relevant policies that they might be interested in reviewing.
Policies of interest to the journal are defined as formally written strategies or plans of action that are wholly, or in part related to, creativity, arts, culture and heritage. They can be either state or non-state initiated, but must exist in the public domain.
Full details are set out in the journal’s editorial policy, found here: https://www.culturalpolicy.ie/index.php/ijamcp/editorialpolicy.
Policy reviews are generally between 1,000 and 2,500 words in length. Reviewers are asked to provide a short biographical statement of 50 words maximum, in particular declaring any interest in relation to the policy that they want to review. The deadline for final submission of the review, once agreed, is 30 June 2025.
